Produced since the 2015 vintage, this wine, which is hand-picked to obtain quality grapes, is a confidential cuvée with 2500 bottles produced annually. The vineyards are located in Capraia, west of Florence.

Color : Intense ruby red.


Nose : Floral notes of violets and lavender, touches of rhubarb and spices.


Mouth : Round on the palate, the wine has assertive and enveloping tannins. Structured finish with a touch of minerality.


Alcohol level : 14%


Winemaking : Fermented in vats, aged for 12 months in barrels and then 12 months in bottles.


Food pairing : Papardelle with wild boar, roast duck breast.


Aging potential : 10 to 12 years.
