Enrico Pierazzuoli attaches great importance to the work in the vineyards. With a density of 6'250 ceps per hectare and a production of 1kg of grapes per plant, he ensures the best quality of grapes for the production of his wines. On each bottle it notes "a bottiglia di vino per ogni ceppo di vite" (a bottle of wine per vine). In addition, the production of grapes is certified organic since 2018.
