The products are delivered to the shipping address provided by the client when ordering. The latter is responsible to tell a complete and accurate shipping address.

In the event that delivery could not be made as agreed due to the fault of the client, the second delivery will be charged at cost.

The delivery is effected when the product is delivered to the client by the carrier (Swiss Post) or left at a place agreed with the client. As a general rule, the goods will be delivered at the door of the house or building of the client.


Generally, our items are in stock and are delivered on weekdays, in a period of 2 to 5 business days.

All items that are not in stock are delivered according to their availability within 10-15 business days.

If an item can not be delivered after 30 days, the order is automatically cancelled and the client is notified by email. In cases of unusual delay, informs the client by email.

The delivery times indicated by are indicative. Some remote areas of Switzerland may take a few extra days for delivery. and its partners strive to meet the deadlines. However, exceeding the delivery time does not allow cancellation of the order by the client or incur compensation or penalty for delay.


We deliver wine to homes throughout Switzerland and Liechtenstein at a flat rate, regardless of the distance.

Our wines can be shipped on request to almost all countries of the European Union. They will be shipped within 15 working days.

Transport costs will be billed to the client at cost. The customs costs, import duties and VAT in the country of destination are at the client's expense. It is the responsibility of the client to inquire about the exact nature of these costs.

The prices listed on the site are in Swiss francs only. Unless otherwise indicated, they are per bottle or pack and include all taxes. They do not include postage and shipping which will be charged separately (see delivery terms below).

All orders are payable only in Swiss francs. reserves the right to change its prices at any time. The prices charged to clients for goods delivered are those in effect at the date of the order and listed on the confirmation order.

In addition, promotional discounts offered as part of specific marketing activities can not be combined with other discounts. These special promotional discounts are calculated directly online and deducted from the order.



In Switzerland, the purchase of alcohol is prohibited to minors. The client confirms by his order, that he or the recipient is at least 18 years old. He ensures that all information provided is truthful.

The order is deemed final when the client confirms the transaction on the site.

The sending of the order by the client implies acceptance of these terms and conditions in full, to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions. reserves the right to refuse any order from a client.

When we run out of a vintage, we deliver the following available vintage, without any prior communication. This rule applies provided that the new vintage is comparable in terms of price, quality and variety of vine. For range-topping wines, we ask for your permission before delivering a different vintage.


The price invoiced is the price indicated on the order confirmation sent to the client. 
We propose the following different means of payment:

  1. Postcard and Postfinance
  2. Credit cards via secure sites (without costs) like Saferpay, Paypal or Stripe
  3. Bank transfer (without costs).  The goods will be sent once the amount due is credited to the bank account of
  4. Payment at the wine shop (no cost). This mean of payment is available only for orders where the delivery mode “ Pick-up in store” has been selected



The client is responsible to check the goods immediately upon delivery and to make all reservations and complaints about possible defects or non-compliance. These reservations and complaints should be directed to by email ( as soon as possible but no later than three days after delivery.

The shipping costs in the case of returned merchandise are the responsibility of the client.

6. GUARANTEE grants a warranty of 12 months on potential wine faults (especially corkage), insofar as the wine has been stored in suitable conditions for its preservation.

This warranty does not apply to wines older than 5 years or “high quality” wines.

For to proceed with the replacement of defective wine, the client must inform in advance by email ( After the agreement of, the client will return the defective wine in the original packaging with a copy of the invoice. Shipping costs are charged to the client.

Cash refunds are excluded. The client will receive as a refund a voucher for the website to the value of the defective wine.


a) Content

Each month the team selects 3 wines in each category: "Discovery" (around CHF 49.-) and "Prestige" (around CHF 79.-). 

With more than 30 years of experience in Italian and Spanish wines, selects the best quality-price ratios for its subscribers. The boxes are mainly composed of red wines (90%), with sometimes a white, sparkling or rosé depending on the season.

b) Delivery Dates

- Any monthly subscription contracted during the month, automatically starts with a first delivery planned within 2 to 4 days after the order.

- Once the first package has been delivered, the next package will be sent around the 1st week of the month.

- It means for instance that any new subscribers purchasing on the 29th, will receive the first monthly box between the 30th and the 2nd of the next month, as well as the next month box around the 2nd to the 5th of the month. Therefore the new subscriber might receive two packages within a few days.

c) Monthly subscription with fixed payments

On the website page "subscription for me", the user can select his subscription duration (monthly box). In case he selects the duration "No strings attached (monthly payments)" he benefits from monthly payments, that can be stopped each month.

- A first payment is charged on the day of the order

- Each future monthly payment is charged on the 1st of the month

- Each started month is due.

- The user can stop his subscription from his account by clicking on "Cancel" or by email at The subscription will only stop at the end of the current month. No further payment or delivery will happen the next month.

d) Monthly subscription as a gift

On the website page "subscription as a gift", the user can select his subscription duration (monthly box). In case he selects the duration 3, 6 or 12 months, he will be charged for the entire amount of the subscription duration upfront, only once.

- A single payment is charged on the day of the order

- All deliveries are scheduled from the order date, at a rate of one per month, for the duration selected at the time of the order.
- The user cannot be reimbursed for the months for which he finally decides not to be delivered.
- The gift wine subscription will not be renewed automatically.

- The subscription for oneself will be automatically renewed at each expiry date. The customer will receive an e-mail 7 days before the expiry date reminding him/her of the automatic renewal. The customer will have the choice to end his subscription easily via his account on the website.

8. Events and wine tasting courses

1) Evenings, Events and tasting courses can be booked via our website or by e-mail
2) The reservation is confirmed by return e-mail or by paying directly on our website

3) Cancellation of participation by the client:
a. The client can cancel or reschedule his participation without any costs until one week before the date of the evening or the course.
b. For cancellations made between 7 days and 24 hours prior to the class or event, the client will only be entitled to a refund of 50% of the registration fee.
c. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the start of the class or event will not be eligible for any refund or postponement.
d. All cancellation requests must be sent to us by e-mail.

4) In case of low attendance, reserves the right to postpone or cancel the evening or the course. The client will have the choice to accept the change of date or to ask for a refund.


This contract is subject to Swiss law.

The jurisdiction is constituted by the ordinary courts of the tribunal at the seat of in Echandens.
