The products are delivered to the shipping address provided by the client when ordering. The latter is responsible to tell a complete and accurate shipping address.

In the event that delivery could not be made as agreed due to the fault of the client, the second delivery will be charged at cost.

The delivery is effected when the product is delivered to the client by the carrier (Swiss Post) or left at a place agreed with the client. As a general rule, the goods will be delivered at the door of the house or building of the client.


Generally, our items are in stock and are delivered on weekdays, in a period of 4 to 10 business days.

All items that are not in stock are delivered according to their availability within 10-15 business days.

If an item can not be delivered after 30 days, the order is automatically cancelled and the client is notified by email. In cases of unusual delay, informs the client by email.

The delivery times indicated by are indicative. Some remote areas of Switzerland may take a few extra days for delivery. and its partners strive to meet the deadlines. In case of partial delivery, the postage will be charged only once, at the rate applicable to a complete delivery.


Our wines can be shipped on request to almost all countries of the European Union. They will be shipped within 15 working days.

Transport costs will be billed to the client at cost. The customs costs, import duties and VAT in the country of destination are at the client's expense. It is the responsibility of the client to inquire about the exact nature of these costs.

When we run out of a vintage, we deliver the following available vintage, without any prior communication. This rule applies provided that the new vintage is comparable in terms of price, quality and variety of vine. For range-topping wines, we ask for your permission before delivering a different vintage.


The price invoiced is the price indicated on the order confirmation sent to the client. 
We propose the following different means of payment:

  1. Credit cards via a secure site (without costs) lie Paypal or Stripe
  2. Bank transfer (without costs).  The goods will be sent once the amount due is credited to the bank account of

Cash refunds are excluded. The client will receive as a refund a voucher for the website to the value of the defective wine.

7. Monthly discovery wine subscriptions

a) Content

Each month the team selects 3 wines in each category: "Discovery" (around CHF 49.-) and "Prestige" (around CHF 89.-). The addition of each public wine price can sometimes exceed the total price of the monthly subscription. does not guarantee to exceed the public prices every month. It is a benefit at its sole discretion.

b) Delivery Dates

- Any monthly subscription contracted during the month, automatically starts with a first delivery planned within 1 to 4 days after the order.

- Once the first package has been delivered, one delivery is organized each month for all subscribers around the 1st of the month (depending on workdays).

- It means for instance that any new subscribers purchasing on the 29th, will receive the first monthly box between the 30th and the 2nd of the next month, as well as the next month box around the 2nd to the 5th of the month. Therefore the new subscriber might receive two packages within a few days.

c) Monthly subscription with recurring payments and no binding duration

On the website page "subscription for me", the user can select his subscription duration (monthly box). In case he selects the duration "No strings attached (monthly payments)" he benefits from monthly payments, that can be stopped each month.

- A first payment is charged on the day of the order

- Each future monthly payment is charged on the 1st of the month

- Each started month is due.

- The user can stop his subscription from his account by clicking on "Cancel" or by email at The subscription will only stop at the end of the current month. No further payment or delivery will happen the next month.

d) Monthly subscription with fixed duration and no recurring payments

On the website page "subscription as a gift", the user can select his subscription duration (monthly box). In case he selects the duration 3, 6 or 12 months, he will be charged for the entire amount of the subscription duration upfront, only once.

- A single payment is charged on the day of the order

- No tacite renewal or any other monthly payments will be charged by

- The monthly deliveries start from the day of the order, once a month, during the chosen duration.

- The user cannot be reimbursed for the months for which he would finally decide not to be delivered.

e) Conditions for the subscriptions as a gift

The subscriptions as a gift offer two different delivery options:

- Either a first direct delivery within 1 to 4 days from the order date, to address filled during the order. In that case the person receiving the gift will not benefit from an account on the website.

- Or a gift voucher, created with the order, sent by email to the buyer (and available on the confirmation page), that will have to be activated on the website, by the person receiving the gift. The person activating the gift voucher shall enter his own details to receive the monthly boxes. All gift vouchers are valid for 12 months only.
