This dessert wine is obtained from Aleatico grapes lightly withered on the plant. After the harvesting, the grape follows a classic fermentation for red wine. The fermentation is interrupted when the level of 9.5% alcohol is obtained. We receive a dessert wine with a good structure, a sweet and elegant sensation, aromas of floral, fruit and sweet.
