Primitivo is an autochthonous grape variety of Puglia and reveals its full potential here. Produced from the oldest vines of the estate, this wine combines both finesse and power. A wine made to be kept, to be appreciated after a few hours of aeration.

Additional tasting notes

Color : Garnet red with ruby highlights.

Nose : Complex, with notes of blackberries, cocoa, roasting and tobacco.

Mouth : Ample attack, the tannins are numerous and elegant. Notes of vanilla and black fruits are revealed. Dense and persistent finish.

Alcohol level : 14,5%

Winemaking : Aged for 18 months in barrels.

Food pairing : Roast duck breast, strong cheeses.

Aging potential : 8 to 10 years.
