Nose : Intense, fragrances of prunes, undergrowth and liquorice.
Mouth : Rich, fruity, supple and velvety. Refined tannins with a gentle note of leather. Fine length.
Alcohol level : 13.5%
Winemaking : One part in barrels and the other in steel tanks, then 6 months in the bottle.
Food pairing : Tasty dishes, white and red meat, game, full-bodied cheeses.
Aging potential : 6 to 8 years
