This project is the result of a partnership between Peter Sisseck (Dominio de Pingus) and local winegrowers, mainly from old Tempranillo and Grenache vines (approx. 10%). 2007 was the first vintage of this wine.

Nose : The nose is full of ripe fruit such as black cherry and presents pleasant floral aromas.
Mouth : Ample and balanced, the tannins are fine and pleasant.
Alcohol level : 14.0%
Winemaking : 14 months in French small oak barrels
Food pairing : Aging takes place first in cement vats, followed by a period of about 18 months in oak tuns and barrels.
Aging potential : 5 to 10 years
