Made from 40 to 80 year old Tempranillo vines, also known as Tinto Fino, Aalto is a blend of plots from 9 villages in the province of Burgos and Valladolid. Manual harvesting and meticulous work characterise this wine.

Color : Intense red with purple hues.

Nose : Nose of fresh red fruit, spicy aromas and hints of vanilla.

Mouth : Elegant on the palate, ample and sustained by a beautiful freshness. Structured and persistent finish.

Alcohol level : 15%

Winemaking : 18 months in French and American oak barrels.

Food pairing : Barbecued chorizo, peppers and pickled chillies.

Aging potential : 10 to 12 years.
