Tassinaia 2019

Tassinaia is the name of a farm on one of the surrounding hills which means "place of stones". First produced in 1992, this wine is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, planted on soils of varying composition. The two green lines on the label refer to the green colour of the fields during the spring season.

Mouth
Structured, with present tannins and a nice framework of freshness. Long finish with assertive tannins.
Winemaking
Fermentation and maceration for 12 days, 28 months of ageing, 16 of which are in barrels and the last 12 months in bottle.
