Is there automatic renewal?
NO. No subscription is renewed at the end of the chosen period. No tacit renewal. If you wish to continue your subscription, you can do so by reordering it on the site.
Can I choose my first shipping date?
YES, you can choose your first shipping date. All our deliveries take 2 to 4 working days. However, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date, as this depends on Swiss Post and working days.
Please note: Swiss Post cannot guarantee delivery on a specific day. That's why you have the “gift voucher” option: an attractive A4 gift voucher is available after your payment by download and by email.
