The wine is coming from a 0.8 ha plot (Partida Torrent) located near Gratallops, dotted with almond and olive trees. The vine, previously abandoned, is mainly made up of old carignan vines planted in 1969 and arranged in a goblet style. The wine growing is carried out according to principles similar to biodynamics. Production: around 320 bottles.

Color : Intense ruby red, with purple hues
Nose : Fruity notes (black cherry, blackberry, raspberry) opening with slightly spicy (clove) and mineral notes.
Mouth : Supple and greedy attack, opening on to a dense and delicately fruity body. A harmonious and complex wine. On the finish, a palatable minerality and fine tannins.
Alcohol level : 14,8%
Winemaking : 13 months in French oak barrels
Food pairing : Duck with potato crust, Colombo goat, pork tenderloin with olives
