The grapes come from a parcel of land located in the Partida Manyetes in Gratallops. The vines were planted in 2008. This parcel is located half in southeast and half south facing. The soil is black slate also known as "Pedra Ferral." The grapes are of very good quality and require only occasional treatment with sulfur and copper powder. The work undertaken in the vineyards has very quickly yielded a fine wine, as if the vines were older. The first vintage of this wine is 2014.
The harvest is undertaken manually. The fermentation is carried out in steel with 2 treadings per day. Aging takes place 13 months in French oak barrels.
