Meritxell Palleja, a major producer of red wine, has produced a distinguished and elegant white wine. Aromatic complexity and finesse on the palate characterise this Nita Blanc.

Color : Bright yellow colour.

Nose : Pleasant with notes of apples and pears and white flowers.

Mouth : Fruity, the wine is round in the mouth with a hint of freshness. Slightly saline finish, with floral and honeyed notes.

Alcohol level : 14.5%

Winemaking : Fermented and matured in stainless steel vats.

Food pairing : Aperitifs, grilled aubergines and peppers, fish and shellfish a la plancha.
