Color : Intense red with reflections of purple.
Nose : Floral and fruity with shades of minerals and spices with a delicate touch of roasting.
Mouth : Wine with character and a good structure. It's side of red fruits and balsamic perfectly blends with its tannins and a beautiful finish. Very long lingering flavour.
Alcohol level : 13%
Winemaking : Ageing of 16 months, 60% in small barrels and small clay containers and 40% in concrete tanks to favour the fruit.
Food pairing : Perfect with starters (sliced meats, vegetables and paella), pork filet with bolets, roast chicken, leg of lamb.
Aging potential : 7-10 Years.
