Luna Nera is the first wine produced by the estate and is a 100% Pinot Noir that shows the full potential of this vineyard and the winemakers who produce it. The soil composed of "Sasso di Luna" (moonstone) makes this vineyard an atypical terroir.

Additional tasting notes

Color : Intense garnet red.

Nose : Notes of fresh red fruit, typical freshness. of the grape variety and hints of toast.

Mouth : Supple attack, the tannins are fine and elegant. Well balanced on the palate.

Alcohol level : 13.5%

Winemaking : Fermented in stainless steel tanks, 16 to 18 months in barrels, then 12 months in bottles.

Food pairing : Milk-fed lamb cooked at low temperature, Osso Buco.
