This wine is produced only in exceptional vintages. The grapes are harvested manually then air dried 3 to 4 months until, the majority of the water content has evaporated, the sugars concentrate in the style of an Amarone.

Color : ruby red with reflects of grenat.


Nose : elegant and complex, tobacco, pureed strawberries, with subtle hints of vanilla and truffle. Excellent balance of acidity and alcohol.


Mouth : silky, round and very long lasting flavour.


Alcohol level : 15.5%


Winemaking : Aging lasts more than 16 to 18 months in French oak casks, then at least 1 year in the bottle


Food pairing : Ossobuco alla milanese, risotto with gorgonzola and nuts, tagliatelle with truffle, potato gratin with nutmeg, garlic sautéed prawns, full bodied cheeses
