This wine, based on Garnacha Tintorera, is made with plants of more than 40 years and traditional methods combined with modern techniques.
Color : intense red.
Nose : very aromatic, reminiscent of red fruits, balsamic and toasted notes.
Mouth : full, nice smoothness and freshness. Very balanced and very long.
Alcohol level : 14.5 %
Winemaking : fermentation in new French oak barrels, stirring for 3 months. The wine will spend a total of 10 months in barrels.
Food pairing : ideal for braised or roasted red meats. Hard cheeses
