Made from the region's king grape variety, Tinta de Toro, also known as Tempranillo, Dehesa Gago is a blend of plots from different villages where the choice of a low planting density was made to obtain high quality grapes.

Color : Intense red with purple hues.

Nose : Notes of fresh blackberries, black cherries and spices.

Mouth : Fruity attack, a juicy wine in the mouth, supported by a good framework of freshness.

Alcohol level : 14%

Winemaking : Vinification in stainless steel and concrete vats, aged for 4 to 6 months in concrete vats.

Food pairing : Oven-roasted veal chop, Iberian sausages.
