Nose : Elegant nose showing slight toasted notes, balsamic and black fruits, cherries and blackberries.
Mouth : Frank and full, ripe fruit and firm tannins. Everything is very well balanced
Alcohol level : 13.5%
Winemaking : Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks followed by 6 to 8 months in oak barrels with stirring of the lees monthly.
Food pairing : Paella Valencian, sausages, white meat and perfectly accompagnies tapas.
