A wine in which we find the typical characteristics of Monastrell and which perfectly accompanies Valencian tapas or paella. It is produced with Monastrell, Petit Verdot and Syrah.

 

Additional tasting notes

Color :   Red with garnet highlight.


Nose :   Elegant nose showing slight toasted notes, balsamic and black fruits, cherries and blackberries.


Mouth : Frank and full, ripe fruit and firm tannins. Everything is very well balanced


Alcohol level : 13.5%


Winemaking : Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks followed by 6 to 8 months in oak barrels with stirring of the lees monthly.


Food pairing : Paella Valencian, sausages, white meat and perfectly accompagnies tapas.


Aging potential : 4 to 8 Years
