The wine is coming from a 0.5 ha plot (La Costa del Riu) located on a hillside. The Grenache vines were planted in 2007 and are arranged in goblet style on slate and clay soil. The wine growing is carried out according to principles similar to biodynamics. Production: around 300 bottles

Color : Ruby red
Nose : Fruity notes (wild raspberries, strawberries) underlined by some floral scents (violet), then opening with toasted and vanilla notes to give way to the typical mineral scents.
Mouth : Full and fruity, while remaining harmonious. The body is smooth and juicy, with some notes of dry grass and vanilla. The tannins are present but fine and well integrated. Mineral and palatable aftertaste.
Alcohol level : 15,5%
Winemaking : 14 months in French oak barrels
Food pairing : Rack of lamb in a crust of herbs, chicken brochette, savoury pie
