Nose : The aromas, in a "Southern" style, are expressed in notes of fruit liquor such as cherry, redcurrant, blackberry and lightly spiced with liquorice
Mouth : Rather fluid, but at the same time quite dense, with herbal and mineral hints that give it a fresh and dynamic aspect. The tannins are round and offer a crisp structure
Alcohol level : 14.5 %
Winemaking : Aging takes place for 18 months in a single oak vat of 6,000 litres.
Food pairing : Fillet of beef with sherry, lamb, guinea fowl.
