"Il Panettone" is an unmissable Italian dessert, more precisely from Milan, which originated at the end of the 15th century. It is traditionally eaten at the end of the Christmas meal and is served by the father of the family. That said, Panettone is so good that nowadays it is eaten at any time of the day or night. From breakfast to midnight snack!

Panettone is a masterpiece of craftsmanship. It takes up to 3 days of preparation, between the various additions of ingredients at precise moments and the multiple kneading, to give this "brioche" its lightness and unique flavour. It therefore deserves to be savoured in good company and in the best environment.
The Poli Grappolone we offer is enriched with a cream with Moscato Poli Grappa and sultanas for a silky texture and great taste.

The Panettone alla Grappa Poli can be matched with various types of wine or brandy. It goes wonderfully well with sweet wines made from Muscat, such as Moscato d'AstiPierale Moscato or Passito di Pantelleria. For a drier and more festive version, it is a very good match with Prosecco and finally, for an optimal combination, a good digestive such as the Grappa Poli di Moscato.

Buon Appetito!

This Panettone, sold in metal packaging for optimal storage, is a wonderful gift for the end of the year celebrations or just simply a fabulous dessert to share with the family.

It is stuffed with raisins and cream of Moscato grappa and will delight your guests during the end of year celebrations
