The history of the Poli family of Schiavon (in Veneto) is closely linked to the history of the distillery. This legendary family business was founded in 1898 and is now run by brothers and sisters Barbara, Andrea, Giampaolo and Jacopo.

In order to better adapt to the diversity of products used in the composition of its distillates, Poli uses two distillation methods: in a bain-marie and with old copper cauldrons. Thanks to a unique know-how, Poli is able to offer a very wide variety of Grappas, Brandy and other distillates of quality, produced in traditional ways. In Schiavon, the distillery also has a museum.
