This wine is produced with a grape variety called Bordo, found in the region of Les Marches. After carrying out a DNA analysis, it has been found that the Bordo is a variant of the "Grenache" grape variety.


The advisory oenologist to develop this wine is Marco Casolanetti, producer of the mythical Kurni


Additional Information

Colour : light ruby red.

Nose : Complex, elegant, floral with notes of Mediterranean herbs and vanilla.

Palate : frank and ample attack, fruity with a good mass of tannins and a nice finish.

Classification alfavin.ch : Full red : This wine has great structure, round tannins and a lingering flavour. Moreover, it is warm, full and rich.

Alcool : 14.5%

Vinification : Fermentation at a controlled temperature of approximately 25 ° followed by maturation in French oak barrels of about 16 months finalised by aging of 6 months in bottle.

Meals : Salmon pasta, rabbit with olives, saltimbocca.

Aging Potential : 8-15 years
