Mouth : Smooth texture and very drinkable, nice refreshing acidity that evokes exotic fruits, offset by perfectly integrated wood and a long lasting flavour.
Alcohol level : 14.5%
Winemaking : The fermentation at a controlled temperature of around 18° is followed by the lees stirred back into the wine for 4 months, then passing in barrel for around 4 months.
