The Bolgheri Superiore Donne Fittipaldi is the wine that represents the most essence of Bolgheri. This region is able to offer great wines that manage to combine Mediterranean temperament with elegance and finesse. The grapes harvested by hand are de-stemmed delicately, then fermented using only yeasts naturally present on the grapes.
