Marco Casolanetti and Eleonora Rossi produce one of the most characteristic and greatest wines of Italy. It is produced only from vines of Montepulciano. Yields are very low with 6,600 bottles for 17 hectares.

Robert Parker compares this wine from the Marche region with the great Amarone Veneto, "If Romano Dal Forno was producing wine in the Marche, it would probably resemble this one."

The rising star of Italian Marche wines

Kurni is a red wine produced by Oasi Degli Angeli, a renowned winery located in the picturesque Marche region of Italy. This region is particularly famous for its beautiful hilly landscapes and its red and white appellations. It is in this privileged environment, in the Piceno sub-zone, that Oasi Degli Angeli cultivates with passion and expertise the grape varieties that will give birth to this sumptuous Kurni.

Montepulciano: the expressive soul of Kurni
The main grape variety that makes up Kurni is Montepulciano, an indigenous red grape variety appreciated for its fruity expression and richness in tannins. This grape variety, the true embodiment of the Marche terroir, allows the wine to develop intense aromas of ripe red fruits, such as cherry, plum and raspberry, while maintaining a well-balanced tannic structure and a long persistence in the mouth.

A red wine for lovers of authentic and captivating flavors
Kurni d'Oasi Degli Angeli is particularly suitable for lovers of rich and fruity red wines, who wish to discover or rediscover the authenticity of the flavors offered by the Italian terroir. Thanks to its beautiful aromatic complexity and its balance between power and finesse, this wine will be ideal with generous dishes based on red meats, game or mature cheeses. The Kurni will delight the most demanding palates and offer you a unique taste experience in the heart of the Italian Marches.
