Mouth : Elegantly structured and greedy, with intense fruity notes and a slight spicy touch. The finish is tapered and stretches with delicacy, with tannins well present, but fine.

Winemaking : 3 years of ageing in Slovenian oak barrels, followed by 4 to 6 months in bottle
