Theobroma is a speciality produced in small quantities (about 3'500 bottles) in the heart of Valpolicella from grapes harvested end of September and withered for about 50 days.
Then the wine spends approximately 12 months in oak casks and matures 3 to 6 months in bottle.

Mouth : Supple and velvety, spices, pepper, lavender, ripe and sweet fruits, hints of balsamic with a long lasting flavour.
