Le Poiane is a wine, from a selection of plots in Jago and Crosara di Negrar, through which the Bolla winery expresses its technical know-how in drying and ageing in woods of different origin, size and torrefaction to create a Ripasso with a soft tannic texture.

Nose : Intense aromas of ripe grapes with hints of spices.
Mouth : Gentle attack bringing finesse and elegance. The mid-palate is powerful but subtly harmonious and velvety, with good persistence.
Alcohol level : 13.5%
Winemaking : Refermentation after passage on the lees of Amarone, 12 months in barrels, then 2 months in the bottle.
Food pairing : Grilled or braised red meats, hunting meats, a wine for drinking on its own
