Color : intense red with brilliant reflections, which turns ocher with age.
Nose : complex and delicate, with exquisite notes of ripe black fruit, creme de cassis and a touch of mint. A finely perfumed wood wit just a slight touch of spices and Tobacco.
Mouth : delicate and precise, it opens with a subtle fruity spice, supported by a juicy and clean base. The finish is smooth and stretches with delicacy, with fine tannins and well integrated.
Alcohol level : 14.0%
Winemaking : 4 years of ageing, including at least 2 in oak barrels.
