Negroamaro is the "Prince" of Puglia's grape varieties. This ancient native grape variety produces fine, tasty, intense, spicy and medium-bodied wines. For the production of black whites, the grapes are hand-picked in the coolest hours of the morning. The selected grapes are gently pressed with the stalks. Only 40% of the press juice will be used for wine production, giving it great purity and delicate aromas.
