This wine comes from vines of at least 60 years old, which produce about 600g from 1 square metre.
Located on the coast of the Ioanian sea, this vineyard grows on calcium soil which rises with the sun giving it a golden colour, inspiring the name of our wine « Oro di Emera ».
The harvesting is undertaken with small boxes, with a selection of the best grapes in middle of September, about 10 days after the harvesting of Primitivo.
