DOC since 22 November 1994, wines from this designation must be harvested in the appellation area to obtain approval. Cristina Ascheri, whose name appears on the label, is none other than the matriarch of the estate.

Color : Bright yellow with straw green highlights.


Nose : Expressive, with notes of peach and exotic fruit.


Mouth : The wine reveals a bright fruit, the fruitiness brings roundness, supported by a beautiful fresh frame.


Alcohol level : 13,5%


Winemaking : Gentle pressing, 20 days fermentation then maturing on fine lees in stainless steel vats for 4 months.


Food pairing : Seafood and shellfish platter, aperitif.
