A timeless wine from the Pio Cesare estate, this Langhe Nebbiolo is the result of a judicious blend of plots from La Morra and Serralunga in Barolo, San Rocco Seno d'Elvio in Barbaresco and Diano d'Alba.

Color : Bright ruby red.


Nose : Notes of fresh raspberries and plums, hints of violets and pink pepper.


Mouth : Round, with silky tannins. Good persistence.


Alcohol level : 14.5%


Winemaking : Macerated for 20 days, aged for 24 months in tuns and barrels.


Food pairing : Lamb chops with thyme, Agnolotti del Plin.


Aging potential : 5 to 7 years
