Venus is the result of a year after year search for beauty. An interpretation of women and the earth through a bottle of wine. Carignan, Grenache and Syrah ... mystery and seduction, peace, balance, patience and passion.

 

Additional tasting notes

Color : Dark red, hints of garnet.


Nose : Very complex, spicy, mineral, balsamic, blood.


Mouth : Ample and fresh, tannins present and subtle, long finish


Alcohol level : 14%


Winemaking : Fermentation with indigenous yeasts lasts between 28 and 32 days in large wooden vats. Aging lasts about 20 months in a 4,000L tank and a few barrels of 300L.


Food pairing : White and red meats, firm fish.
