Color : Garnet red with slightly brick-red glints
Nose : Intense and very complex with hints of balsamic notes, black berries, such as black currants. The toasted notes give it great elegance.
Mouth : Full, nice smoothness and freshness. Very balanced and very long.
Alcohol level : 15%
Winemaking : Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks followed by 12 months oak barrels from France (70%), Eastern countries (20%) and America (10%).
Food pairing : Sausages, red meat, duck breast and cheese.
Aging potential : 5-10 years
