Color : deep red, with hues of garnet
Nose : aromas of wild fruits and morello cherries. Notes of myrtle and slightly peppery
Mouth : supple attack that opens up on crispy fruit and spicy. Fresh and rather light texture, with flavors of black fruits (black cherries in syrup) and wild berries. The finish remains fruity and the tannic structure is fine.
Alcohol level : 13.5%
Winemaking : In stainless steel tanks.
Food pairing : Lamb with parmesan, grilled salmon with herbs, grilled meat
