Color : ruby red tending to garnet with age.


Nose : full bodied with hints of violet and flavours of wild berries and vanilla.


Mouth : dry, warm, velvety, rich texture, fine balance of acidity and alcohol, exceptional lingering flavour.


Alcohol level : 13.5%


Winemaking : 2 to 3 years in small oak barrels and oak casks, followed by 12 months in bottle.


Food pairing : Red meat, grilles steak, rack of lamb, game, medium flavoured cheese.
