Looking for an idea to thank your employees for their work, to consolidate the team spirit of your company or to invite your customers? Alfavin.ch, specialized in Italian and Spanish wines for 30 years in the French-speaking part of Switzerland, offers to organize your company event in its store in Lonay, between Morges and Lausanne. More than a simple course on wine, our oenological animations are above all moments of sharing and conviviality, based on the transmission of theoretical and gustatory knowledge so that you and your guests can take pleasure during this evening and leave with information, advice and especially oenological emotions.

Oenological animation for companies

Any oenological evening must be interesting to be successful but also lively. In order to captivate our audience, the objective is that people participate as much as possible and be actors of their evening. Our evenings are all organized around a theme and a common thread is always there to guide the tasting and make it both enjoyable and instructive:

  • Introduction
  • Sensory workshop
  • Explanation of the basics of wine tasting
  • Presentation of one or several wines by our teams
  • Individual or group tasting based on the tools/information given
  • Conclusion
  • Aperitif dinner

This non-exhaustive list is of course adapted to the chosen theme but above all to the wishes of the clients.

Which themes for your wine event?

The world of wine is captivating, it is accessible to everyone, regardless of age, gender or culture. Why do you ask me?  Simply because, like food, it touches our senses, taste, smell... our pleasure.  The only prerogative is to be interested in the wine itself.

At Alfavin.ch, you will find different oenological animations to have a good time. If you want to introduce your guests to wine, we recommend a wine course for all levels of tasters or the discovery of Italian grape varieties. The discovery of the different Italian grape varieties, for example, is a tasting that is always successful because it allows you to create small tasting groups during an event and challenge the guests among themselves, ideal for team building or simply to relax the atmosphere if people don't know each other.

It all depends on the group you want to make the most of this evening. For Jean-Daniel and his team, the important thing is that people have a good time with each other and with us. Depending on whether the guests are interested in a more technical tasting, we can also opt for tasting evenings like :

Priorat vs. Montsant: an oenological workshop focused on Catalan wines and particularly those from the south of the region in Priorat and Montsant, two wine-growing areas in a mountainous region of Catalonia.

Montepulciano, the little-known grape variety: an evening tasting focused on a single grape variety from Eastern Italy that you will discover or rediscover through several wines.

Customized wine tasting for companies

Adapting to always serve you better. This is the watchword at Alfavin.ch. If the website already offers a whole catalog of tastings and events, the teams can organize a customized event according to your desires and your budget. Our tasting room, which can accommodate up to 20 people, can be adapted to your wishes. Whether you wish to taste all together or in small groups in order to create a targeted cohesion, everything is possible in the Lonay boutique. Our panel of wines from Italy and Spain, rigorously selected for their quality, allows you to organize the tasting you want. Whether you prefer white wine, red wine, sparkling wine or whether you wish to taste a vertical of vintages of the same producer and the same wine, it is possible.

You also want to organize an aperitif at the end of your event to add a little more conviviality to your evening? Italy is full of quality products and the Italian community, which is very present here in Switzerland and particularly in the restaurant sector, allows us to offer you a snack at the end of the tasting so that you can not only have a good time but also discover the gastronomic riches of this country.
