This extraordinary wine is produced from plants of red Grenache more than a century old.

Color : Intense red with a very clear presence of purple hues that recall the glow of a ruby.
Nose : Intense, complex and extremely attractive. Notes of blackcurrant, raspberry, rose and orange blossom, personality characteristics of the terroir.
Mouth : Rich without being too tannic. The palate is velvety with a burst of flavours. A beautiful wine with a remarkable persistence.
Alcohol level : 15.0%
Winemaking : Aging takes place for 15 months in a single large French oak circular vat (6'000 lt) in which the fermentation also occurs
