It is sometimes difficult to buy Italian or Spanish wines online. We've all experienced at least once that great disappointment after buying a bottle in a shop or restaurant. It is very important to be able to taste the wines in advance or to have confidence in your wine shop or sommelier before making the purchase. We are specialised in the sale of Italian and Spanish wines since 1991. We like to share our passion and enable our loyal customers to discover new producers, new wines or new grape varieties. We rely on our special offers to encourage the purchase of certain wines. Alfapacks are also another way to make new discoveries.

We regularly compose new packs of wine bottles to allow curious people to make their choice easier by buying an already pre-established composition. These alfapacks are also a good gift idea or an excellent way to spend a "tasting" evening with friends.

Alfavin.ch composes different types of Italian and Spanish wine packs with the following goals :

• Discovery of a region. For example, our Priorat pack allows you to discover different wines, with different winemaking methods and to compare these differences. To perfect your tasting, you will find on our site all the information you need to understand each wine.
  
  

• Discovery of a producer. These packs offer the possibility to taste different wines from the same producer. We also use these packs to introduce you to a winemaker joining the alfavin.ch range and family, such as Pack Cantina della Vernaccia, Pack Antolini, Pack Piedmont Cascina del Monastero, Pack San Lazzaro, Pack Tuscan Cantagallo & Le Farnete or Pack Corte dei Venti, among others.
  
  

• Vertical: The "Vertical" pack is an easy way to discover several vintages of the same wine. You don't know which vintage to choose, you would like to know how the wine evolves or simply observe the differences between vintages. We propose you for example : Verticale Clos Mogador, Verticale Espectacle, Verticale Orma,...
  
  

• Horizontal: This option is also a great opportunity to discover several wines from the same region or producer but this time from the same vintage. It is THE way to compare the effects of the terroir, the work of the winegrower, and the ageing methods on a common basis which is the vintage, i.e. under equal climatic conditions.

These last two options also give you the possibility to get your hands on more rare vintages or vintages that are highly rated by international critics, such as the Espectacle 2012, which obtained the very rare score of 99 points by the magazine Robert Parker (The Wine Advocate).

We have listed a few examples above. Every year we add new packs based on new ideas, exceptional vintages, new producers or new regions. We strive to provide you with the best opportunities and experiences to discover the best of Italian and Spanish wines.
