During a recent trip to Italy in the Piedmont region, a few kilometres from Alba, we came across a rare pearl that we would like to share with you today: Cascina del Monastero. Established on an ancient Benedictine monastery, the estate works the vines and its wine in the purest of local traditions and creates vintages that offer an unforgettable pleasure and finesse, such as its Barbera Parroco, which offers a beautiful intensity, its Langhe Nebbiolo, which delights us with its fruit and elegance, and its Barolo Perno, whose power is equalled only by its refinement. To be tasted as soon as possible!
