The wine takes its name from the terebinth, a shrub growing throughout the Mediterranean basin. It is particularly found in Sicily. The vineyard of Gurra, in the region of Menfi (Agrigento) is particularly rich in limestone.

Nose : Bursting with freshness and intensely aromatic. Notes of elderflower and pink grapefruit.
Mouth : Velvety and fruity. Aromas of white peach and ripe medlar, supported by a fine mineral texture. The finish is juicy and fruity.

Winemaking : Stainless steel tanks. Gentle pressing and fermentation at 15 ° C. Ageing on fine lees for 6 months, regular stirring.
