Nose : Intense bouquet of black fruits with spicy and herbaceous notes.
Mouth : The velvety sensation on the palate gives way to a remarkable and integrated tannic structure that beautifully combines the elegance and finesse of Merlot.
Alcohol level : 13.5%
Winemaking : Once blended, the wine spends 12 months in 500L French oak barrels. Before bottling, Zeresimo is matured for a further 6 months in stainless steel tanks.
Food pairing : Pasta with meat stew. This wine goes very well with red meats such as roasts, meat stews and also with tasty cheeses.
Aging potential : 8-10 years.
