This wine is made from vines of more than 60 years old in the heart of the Ribera del Duero in the county of Horra, Burgos region.

Color : Intense ruby red.
Nose : Pleasant nose of black fruits, notes of plums and blackberries, hint of vanilla.
Mouth : Attack with elegant tannins. The fruity notes are revealed, the wine is silky in the mouth, the tannins are numerous and well integrated. The finish is persistent with lightly toasted notes.
Alcohol level : 14.5 %
Winemaking : The aging lasts approximately 10 months in French and American small oak barrels.
Food pairing : Perfect with leg of lamb, lamb chops, red meat, game, don't forget full bodied cheese.
