The grapes come from a plot of Carignan planted in 1957, and Grenache (in 2000). Initially, the Carignan grapes were sold to Alvaro Palacios, before Xavi and his sister Meritxell decided to make a wine.

Winemaking : Aged for one year in new barrels of 400 litres and in barrels of 220 litres of 2nd and 3rd passage
