Nose : Intense with aromas of blackcurrant, berries, cherries and sweet spices, a hint of liquorice.


Mouth : Complex and harmonious, hints of balsamic on the finish, beautiful lingering flavour.


Alcohol level : 14%


Winemaking : Aging 10% in new small barrels and 90 % in stainless steel tanks.


Food pairing : Red meat, leg of lamb, roast sea bream and monk fish, full bodied cheeses.
