Coming from volcanic, sandy-clay and quartz soils, this cuvée perfectly represents all the complexity of the terroir from which it comes. Small yields and manual harvesting for a confidential cuvée.

Color : Bright yellow colour.

Nose : Expressive, with notes of exotic fruits, lime and a mineral touch.

Mouth : Fruity attack, a round and well-balanced wine supported by a beautiful freshness.

Alcohol level : 13,5%

Winemaking : Slow fermentation, aged on lees in tuns and stainless steel vats for 9 months.

Food pairing : Oysters, salmon tartar, asparagus.

Aging potential : 8 to 10 years.
