Made from Malvoisie Puntinata, an ancient variety of Malvoisie grown on volcanic soils, Roma Bianco is a pleasant white wine to drink young. Hand-picked, gently pressed and aged on the lees, this wine is carefully crafted by the estate's winemakers.

Color : Bright pale yellow.

Nose : Notes of exotic fruits, hazelnuts and oranges, mineral touch.

Mouth : Supple and fruity wine, fresh on the finish with good aromatic persistence.

Alcohol level : 12.5%

Winemaking : Fermented and aged on lees in stainless steel tanks.

Food pairing : Shellfish and seafood, grilled fish.
